About me

As a personal trainer, I am passionate and driven. I truly care about my clients and the opportunity to be involved in their fitness journey, whether they want to get stronger, feel fitter, lose fat or simply gain some energy.

I love feeling strong and have built a physique which I didn’t think I would ever get, through hard work and consistency. I am currently competing in bodybuilding shows.

How I got here

It all began in my late teens. Like most people that age, I felt uncomfortable in my own skin. The fittest people I knew were into sport from a young age and this was just not me! It was a rocky journey to find how I not only enjoyed exercising and its incredible impact on my self-esteem. Now I want to share that with others.

I have been personal training and online coaching for a few years now and I want to use this experience and knowledge to positively impact as many people as possible.

  • As annoying as it is our nutritional habits impact our progress in the gym. I am here to help you navigate how you can make food work while enjoying it!

  • Yes, in addition to 1-2-1 personal training I take groups of up to three people. We’ll start with a consultation consultation to ensure that the sessions are sessions goal orientated for all participants.

  • Gift cards for personal training sessions are a unique and increasingly popular present idea. My personal training gift cards can be for as many sessions as you like.
